It been awhile...

Sorry reader it been a long time since i have felt creative. But im working on a new project, a book per-say and have a few poems in mind for my new characters. Here is one for main character Galienia.                                                                                                                                                                                                                My many thoughts.                                                                                                                I look from my window and wonder.

It is true what they say,
That you don’t love me
Even though your blood run through my veins.

What could a young child do to deserve such hate?
But I hear that is all you are cable of.
All you care about is yourself.
Not your people
your land
your daughter...
Just you.

I am left alone to sit by this window and wonder.
Wonder if you will ever care.
Wonder if you will ever love me.
Wonder if there is a chance for us.

But I know in my heart that you will never look at me.
Your eyes will never shine with pride for your daughter.
My heart knows that I must free the people.
The land.
Myself.

I must fight you and build a new life.
One that will show love.
One that will be happy.
On that a young girl can live.

I must leave my window.
I must fly away.
I must start a new....
